ABOUT
Zachary Hicks is an Associate Attorney with Kaltz Coulombe and specializes in the acquisition, financing, and other disposition of commercial real estate. Zach also specializes in general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and business development services. Zach works with his clients to provide a comprehensive strategy that is tailored to the long-term success of his clients. His focus is providing advice to his clients that contributes his clients’ sustained profitable growth and performance.
Zach has over a decade of relationship management experience with a diverse portfolio of clients. Prior to joining Kaltz Coulombe, Zach worked for a large law firm and two major financial institutions. Throughout these experiences, Zach has worked with clients of all types and sizes and transactions ranging from $100K to $250M. Zach’s experience has provided him with an understanding of operational excellence paired with the need to meet tight deadlines and provide the utmost client satisfaction in every aspect of a transaction. Zach’s combined experience affords him with a unique perspective that allows him to provide a complete legal strategy that is paired with critical financial insights.
Zach graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with this combined law degree and MBA in corporate finance. At the University of Detroit Mercy, he received several scholarships and Book Awards, and he was on the Dean’s List. Zach’s undergraduate studies were at the University of Windsor where he majored in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
