ABOUT
Jacqueline Kaltz-Coulombe has over 15 years of hands on experience in the construction industry. She was born and raised in the construction industry, and as a construction and corporate attorney she helps her clients’ businesses and projects become successful. Jacqueline works with her clients on de-risking their businesses and building value within through corporate and exit planning. She also works with them in the project planning and negotiation phase to identify and reduce risk and, in many cases, to help them organize their overall approach to the project. During a project should difficult events and brewing claims arises, Jacqueline works with her clients to resolve claims before they result in litigation.
Clients seek out Jacqueline for her depth of industry knowledge, focus in family business, and for her talent in developing effective and practical solutions to problems that arise in business, during projects, and during business succession. Her clients range from general contractors, developers, construction managers, subcontractors, trade contractors and suppliers.
